NBA All-Star 2027 takes place in Phoenix, Arizona, February 19 to 21, 2027.

Tickets for the HBCU Classic, the NBA Ruffles All-Star Celebrity Game and the All-Star Music Festival are also sold on this page. Mortgage Matchup Center is at 201 E. Jefferson St., Phoenix, AZ 85004, and was previously named Footprint Center. Phoenix Convention Center is at 100 N. 3rd St., Phoenix, AZ 85004. Both venues are in downtown Phoenix, about a five minute walk apart. Margaret T. Hance Park is located at 67 W. Culver between 3rd Avenue and 3rd Street.

NBA Crossover

How do I get to NBA Crossover?

NBA Jam Session is at Phoenix Convention Center, 100 N. 3rd St., Phoenix, AZ 85004. Valley Metro Rail serves two stations at the convention center, 3rd St/Washington and 3rd St/Jefferson, with trains every 12 to 20 minutes. Do kids need a ticket for NBA Crossover?

A kids ticket is for children 12 years of age and younger. Children ages 2 and under are free to enter and do not require a ticket.

Does an NBA Crossover ticket grant access to the All-Star Music Festival?

No. An NBA Jam Session ticket does not include access to the All-Star Music Festival. A separate ticket is required.

Does an NBA Jam Session ticket grant access to the NBA Ruffles All-Star Celebrity Game or the NBA HBCU Classic?

No. While these games are played on Hardwood Central, located within NBA Jam Session at Phoenix Convention Center, a separate ticket is required for access to these events. Tickets to the NBA Ruffles All-Star Celebrity Game and the NBA HBCU Classic do include NBA Jam Session access valid for that day only.

Exchanges and Refunds

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Yes. If you would like to change your ticket to a higher-priced ticket, upgrades are available! A new order will need to be processed, and the original order will be refunded. For additional support, please reach out to Leap Event Technology Customer Care at support.leapevents.com.

Are tickets refundable?

No, tickets are not refundable. Per the Terms of Service agreed to at the time of purchase, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person.

Can I transfer individual tickets from a bundle?

No. Tickets purchased as part of a bundle must be transferred together in their entirety and cannot be split or transferred individually.

When can I access my tickets?

Tickets will be available later this year in the NBA Events App. More information will be provided once tickets are ready to access.

Getting There and Parking

Is there parking at Mortgage Matchup Center?

Yes. Over 700 on-site spaces are available, and several garages and lots are within walking distance. Prepaid parking is available through ParkWhiz. Parking generally opens about 30 minutes before doors, in-and-out privileges are not included, and rates vary by event. Mortgage Matchup Center parking.

Is there parking at Phoenix Convention Center?

Yes. The convention center manages five garages on a first come, first served basis: East (2,650 spaces), Heritage (650), Regency (450), North (320) and West (170). Public rates are $4 per hour with a $20 daily maximum, and the event rate is typically $20. There are no in-and-out privileges and no overnight parking. Reserve ahead through ParkPHX, or call the parking office at 602-256-9760.

How do I get to the venues by light rail?

For Mortgage Matchup Center, exit at 3rd St/Jefferson or the Downtown Phoenix Hub platforms. The arena is about a 0.3 mile walk. For Phoenix Convention Center, exit at 3rd St/Washington or 3rd St/Jefferson. A single ride is $2 and a day pass is $4. Arena transit directions and Valley Metro Rail maps and schedules.

How do I get from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to downtown?

Take the free PHX Sky Train from Terminal 4 (Level 3) to the 44th Street station, then board Valley Metro Rail at 44th St/Washington and ride west into downtown. Sky Harbor is about 4 miles from downtown Phoenix, and trains run until 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays. Taxis typically cost $15 to $20. Where do rideshares drop off and pick up at Mortgage Matchup Center?

Set your pickup or drop-off at the plaza at 1st St and Jefferson St, The Ryan on S 2nd St, Phoenix Convention Center on S 3rd St, or Hotel Palomar on E Jefferson St. The designated Lyft pickup is at S 3rd St and E Jefferson St. Arena rideshare details.

What are the driving directions to Mortgage Matchup Center?

All routes converge on 3rd Street or the 1st St and Jefferson St intersection. Directions from North Phoenix and Scottsdale, East Phoenix, the West Valley, Glendale and Tempe are on the arena directions page.
