Hi! We are Nikki and Bailey from Cravecle and we are here to be your personal guides throughout the 216. We are so excited to have you in our great city. Below we’ll be sharing the best local spots to eat, drink and explore Cleveland.
Morning: Start your morning off with a coffee from Rising Star and visit The Arcade for a cool photo opportunity. Now on to brunch! Bett’s is known for its cute aesthetic and has outdoor greenhouses available if you want to dine outside and stay warm. Just make sure to reserve it ahead of time!
Afternoon: Downtown has a ton of cool places to visit, but we recommend checking out East 4th. If you are looking fora lunch spot, we recommend Mabel’s BBQ or Barrio for tacos and margaritas. If you like beer, venture off East 4th and check out Masthead Brewing Company for amazing pizzas, beer and pretzels.
Evening: Looking to go out downtown? There are a lot of great options to pick from! We’d recommend checking out the Warehouse District and visiting West 6th Street or going down to the Flats East Bank. A few of our favorite bars downtown include The Map Room, Johnny’s Little Bar, Good Night Jonny Boy and Wonder Bar.
Morning: Get your brunch on at Collision Bend or Alley Cat Oyster Bar. These two restaurants have a great view of the (partially frozen) Cuyahoga River and the Flats East Bank.
Afternoon: Since it’ll likely be snowing in February we recommend visiting The Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Botanical Garden or the Cleveland Museum of Natural History over on the east side. Conveniently they are all next to one another!
Evening: While you are on the east side, check out Little Italy. There are a ton of great restaurants like Mia Bella (get the cheese tortellini), Guarino’s (oldest restaurant in Cleveland and known for their lasagna) and you have to get a cannoli from Presti’s Bakery.
Morning: Today we celebrate the west side of Cleveland. For brunch you cannot go wrong with any of these places: Lucky’s Cafe, Fat Cats, and The South Side.
Afternoon: Experience the buzz that is the West Side Market that includes over 100 diverse vendors. If you didn’t pick up something to eat there, consider getting the turkey sandwich from one of our favorite places Herb ‘n Twine. While near West 25th street, sample beer and other drinks from Great Lakes Brewing Company, Market Garden Brewery and Nano Brew.
Evening: If you are still having fun on West 25th, then we recommend checking out the brand new Pins Mechanical Co./16-Bit Bar + Arcade set to open in fall 2021 for arcade games and duck bowling. If you want something different but still interactive, Tabletop is a fun spot for drinks and board games. Finish the night off with a scoop of ice cream from Mitchell’s Ice Cream.
