Frequently asked questions
Got a question about the ticket sale process? Read our FAQs.
When will tickets go on sale?
Tickets will go on sale on November 13 at 12pm UK time via a registration sale. You must register with an NBA ID and complete the form to access tickets. All eligible participants will be entered into a draw for the chance to purchase tickets.
Registering does not guarantee access to purchase tickets.
Why are you requiring pre-registration to get access to tickets?
We know that our fans in Europe are excited for these games. Having a pre-registration phase allows us to ensure tickets are bought by real fans and not by bots.
When will I find out if I’ve been selected?
Emails will go out the evening before the game goes on sale. If you are selected, the email will contain the link to purchase. If you were not selected, keep an eye on your inbox as more tickets may become available during the day. Success in the draw does not guarantee that tickets will be available for purchase.
I registered for tickets, and I wasn’t invited to purchase. Why?
More fans have registered to buy tickets than the total number of tickets available for each game. Unfortunately, not all fans who registered for tickets received an invitation to purchase. After verification, fans were selected and invited to buy tickets at random, and many who registered didn’t get a chance to purchase.
I received an invite to purchase tickets, but by the time I tried to buy, tickets were sold out. Why?
Due to limited inventory, tickets were sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
PURCHASE JOURNEY
I was invited to purchase, how do I get my tickets?
If you got an email with a sales link, use that link to access the ticket sales online. AXS is providing the ticketing services for The NBA Berlin Game and The NBA London Game. You will be asked to log in or create an account with AXS before proceeding to select and buy tickets. You must use the same email address that you used to register. If you do not have an account with AXS you can create one.
When I try to purchase the system says I’m not eligible.
Check that you are logged in with the same email address where you received the notification email. If you already have an account with AXS and a different email address, you may be logged in with that account. You will need to log-in with the same email address where you received the notification.
If I am selected, am I guaranteed tickets?
No, ticket quantities are limited so if you get an email, it doesn’t guarantee that tickets will be available to buy. Pay attention to the details for when the ticket sale will take place, to ensure you’re in the waiting room ready for the on-sale time.
Do you have any information on accessible tickets?
Please refer to the information provided on The O2 website. You can access that information

AFTER THE ONSALE
If I have bought a ticket and can't go, can I return it or sell it on to somebody else?
Tickets can be transferred from within your account to friends.
The only way to sell your tickets will be through AXS Official Resale.
Will there be a waitlist once all the tickets sell?
No, but we have your details if further tickets become available.
Is there any other way to get tickets?
AXS is the only official ticket agent for this event. Tickets that are offered for sale on reseller sites will be monitored and subject to cancellation.
