When will I find out if I've been selected?

All entrants will be notified by email on or before September 14 by Ticketmaster. Both successful and unsuccessful entrants will be notified.

If I'm selected, am I guaranteed the tickets I want?

No, selection in the ticket ballot gives you the chance to purchase tickets. With high demand expected, there is no guarantee tickets will be available, even if you're successful in the ballot.

What happens if I'm unsuccessful?

If you're unsuccessful in the ballot, you'll be placed on a waiting list.

If tickets are still available after successful ballot entrants access the sale, you may be contacted by email with details on accessing the sale.
