Can I register more than once?

No. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed before the ballot is drawn.

How are successful applicants selected?

Successful applicants are selected at random from all eligible entrants after registration closes. For more information on how the ballot works, check the terms and conditions here.

When will I find out if I've been selected?

All entrants will be notified by email and SMS on or before September 16 by Ticketmaster. Both successful and unsuccessful entrants will be notified.

If I'm selected, am I guaranteed the tickets I want?

No, selection in the ticket ballot gives you the chance to purchase tickets. With high demand expected, there is no guarantee tickets will be available, even if you're successful in the ballot.

What happens if I'm unsuccessful?

If you're unsuccessful in the ballot, you'll be placed on a waiting list.

If tickets are still available after successful ballot entrants access the sale, you may be contacted by email and SMS with details on accessing the sale.
