OFFICIAL TERMS OF THE NBA TICKET BALLOT SIGN-UP PROGRAM

These Sign-Up Terms govern your participation in the ticket ballot sign-up ("Program") for the NBA Manchester Game 2027 (the “Event”). Eastlands Arena Limited and Ticketmaster are the joint organisers of this Program and any references to “our”, “us” and “we” in these terms and conditions (the “Sign-Up Terms”) refers to Eastlands Arena Limited and Ticketmaster. Other policies - including the Ticketmaster Purchase Policy and Ticketmaster Privacy Policy, Co-op Live Access and Ticketing T&Cs and Co-op Live Privacy Policy and NBA Privacy Policy (collectively "Other Policies") - are also incorporated into these Sign-Up Terms. Please read those Other Policies carefully.

The Program is a fan sign-up process that is used for the NBA Manchester Game 2027. These Sign-Up Terms explain how the Program works, who’s eligible, and how to participate.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS.

The Program allows fans to register for the opportunity to access the NBA Ticket Ballot for the Event.

  • Fans must complete the sign-up process during the stated registration window on the NBA Sign-Up page.
  • Once the sign-up period has closed, fans will be selected by Ticketmaster.
  • All registered fans will receive an email confirming whether they are successful or not. Selected fans will receive a link (and/or code) by email and SMS to access the sale. The email and SMS will be sent to the email address and phone number associated with your sign up.
  • Entry to the NBA Ticket Ballot for the Event may involve a virtual queue. If you reach the front of the line, you’ll select your seats and then proceed to checkout. Access to available tickets may depend on your place in line.

Important: There is no cap on the number of fans who may register but only one registration per person for the Event is permitted. Signing up does not guarantee that tickets will be available for you to purchase. This is because the number of fans that have registered for—and participate in—the NBA Ticket Ballot may exceed the number of tickets available for the Event. Access to the sale only provides a personal and non-transferable opportunity to participate in the NBA Ticket Ballot and attempt to purchase tickets.

The purpose of the Program is to help us to distribute tickets more fairly —by giving all fans that have registered a chance at buying tickets.

ELIGIBILITY.

  • All fans aged 18 and over can register for the opportunity to access the NBA Ticket Ballot for the Event.
  • All participants are subject to eligibility verification at any time—including before any access to the sale will be provided. You must provide your own individual, accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You must hold a valid email address in order to enter the Program and you must hold a valid Ticketmaster account in order to purchase a ticket for the Event. If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account, you may create an account for free. You must use your own individual Ticketmaster account, and your own, individual information to sign up for the Program; you may not use someone else's account or individual information to sign up. If there's a dispute about a participant's identity, the authorised holder of the Ticketmaster account used to participate in the Program will be deemed the participant.
  • Only one registration per person for the Event is permitted.

Eligibility Assessment

  1. In order to be eligible for entry into the NBA Ticket Ballot, you must comply with the following requirements (the “Eligibility Criteria”):
    • You must register using your email address. If you have a Ticketmaster account, you should use the email connected to your Ticketmaster account.
    • You must not be purchasing for commercial purposes with the intention to make commercial profit.
    • You must not provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
    • You must not submit multiple registrations using different identities or contact details.
    • You must not use any automated systems, bots or scripts.
    • You must be aged 18 or over to enter the NBA Ticket Ballot.
  1. To assess whether you are eligible to enter the NBA Ticket Ballot, we will use the data you provide to us when registering, and the data in your Ticketmaster account (together, your “Eligibility Data”).
  2. Ticketmaster, on our behalf, will use your Eligibility Data to assess whether your registration complies with the Eligibility Criteria and these Sign-Up Terms. Ticketmaster will also assess your Ticketmaster account data including your purchasing history, online activity and contact details provided in order to assess your compliance with these Sign-Up Terms and the Ticketmaster purchase terms.
  3. If we assess that you have complied with the Eligibility Criteria, these Sign-Up Terms and the Ticketmaster purchase terms, you will be entered into the ballot to receive a code to access the NBA Ticket Ballot for the Event.
  4. This assessment involves creating a profile using your Eligibility Data, and assessing it through anti-bot, anti-touting/scalping, anti-fraud and other ticketing integrity systems and controls operated by us, Ticketmaster and our other service providers.
  5. We reserve the right to make a determination at any time that you are ineligible to be entered into the ballot to access tickets due to a breach of the Eligibility Criteria, these Sign-Up Terms, and/or the Ticketmaster purchase terms.

SIGN-UP PROCESS.

Details about the sign-up process, including the registration window and sale timing will be provided on the NBA sign-up page.

  • You are responsible for submitting your sign up within the specified timeframe.
  • Submissions will not be accepted if they are inaccurate or incomplete, are not submitted during the sign-up period, or are otherwise invalid, unintelligible, or incorrectly submitted.
  • Automated or bot submissions are prohibited and may result in disqualification.
  • Confirmation of registration does not guarantee eligibility or access to the NBA Ticket Ballot.

You may submit only one Program sign-up form during the sign-up period for the Event. Different participants may not share the same phone number, email address, Ticketmaster account, or other identifying information. If you attempt to submit multiple sign-up forms—such as by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, logins, or by any other method—your sign-up is void and you may be disqualified from future participation in the Program.

ACCESS TO NBA TICKET BALLOT

Only those fans who have signed up and received a link and a code will have access to the NBA Ticket Ballot. Selected fans will be able to access the NBA Ticket Ballot using the link provided in the email, during the sale event period.

Important: Due to anticipated high demand, success in the ticket ballot does not guarantee that tickets will be available to purchase.

DATA USE AND SHARING.

The information provided by participants will be used in accordance with the NBA Privacy Policy, available at https://www.nba.com/privacy-policy and Ticketmaster Privacy Policy available at https://privacy.ticketmaster.co.uk/privacy-policy and Co-op Live Privacy Policy available at https://www.cooplive.com/privacy-policy-hp3z .

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

No purchase or payment is required to register for the Program.

A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase any participant’s chances of obtaining tickets during the sale.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION.

We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Program and/or any of its procedures at any time ;
  • Change eligibility criteria or selection processes;
  • Disqualify any participant - including cancelling the submission - if we reasonably suspect or find you to be tampering with the sign-up process or the operation of the Program, to be providing false or fraudulent information, or to be otherwise acting in violation of these Sign-Up Terms or any of our Other Policies.

All decisions of NBA are final and binding.

LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each of NBA, Ticketmaster and/or Co-op Live (and each of their respective agents and/or distributors) exclude all liability for any losses, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any person in connection with the Program, including for any loss or damage incurred as a result of taking part in the Program, in respect of receipt and use (and/or misuse) of any Event tickets, or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of their obligations under these Sign-Up Terms if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.

Except as otherwise required by applicable law, each of NBA, Ticketmaster and Co-op Live accept no responsibility or liability for any Program entry which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected. Proof of transmission is not accepted as proof of receipt of entry to the Program and/or Ticket Ballot Sale.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, these Sign-Up Terms shall prevail over any promotional materials.

By participating in the Program you accept these Sign-Up Terms.

For successful participants of the Program who obtain an Event ticket, use of such ticket and access to the venue and/or Event will be subject to the Co-op Live Venue Access & Ticketing T&Cs. By entering the Program, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to comply with such terms and conditions.
